Message	One BAT is a small data set that does not necessarily represent the market. Second, read VorpalZed comment, smart patient sellers are getting higher amounts than years before for solid examples. Essentially what I am pointing out is excellent and good condition Z's are selling above the 16K+ mark more than in recent years.
